Content Hub / Terms

Terms for an owner-operated editorial system.

Effective 23 July 2026. Red Dingo Content Hub is a private operational tool, not a public email or publishing service.

Authorised use

Access is limited to users authorised by Red Dingo. Users must protect their credentials, follow the editorial approval workflow and use the service only for legitimate Red Dingo content operations.

Google authorisation

The mailbox owner grants and may revoke Gmail access through Google OAuth. The Content Hub requests only the Gmail permission required to read matching packages and manage their workflow labels.

Content responsibility

Authorised reviewers remain responsible for accuracy, rights, sources, privacy and destination suitability. Importing a package does not approve or publish it automatically.

Operations

Availability, security and termination

Red Dingo may maintain, suspend or restrict the service to protect security, data integrity or operations.
No online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security; operational safeguards, backups and access controls are maintained proportionately.
Access ends when Red Dingo disables the user or OAuth client, or when the mailbox owner revokes the Google grant.
Questions or data requests can be sent to support@red-dingo.eu.

Related policies

These terms should be read with the dedicated Content Hub privacy policy and Google’s applicable API terms.
