Content Hub / Privacy

A narrow, accountable use of Gmail data.

Effective 23 July 2026. This policy explains how Red Dingo Content Hub accesses and handles data from the authorised Red Dingo Gmail mailbox.

Controller and scope

What the Content Hub accesses

Messages matching the dedicated Content Hub query, including sender, recipient, headers, message identifiers, text and structured content packages.
Supported image attachments included with those editorial packages.
Gmail labels needed to mark messages Pending, Imported, Failed or Ignored.

Purpose and use

Data is used only to import an authorised editorial package, detect duplicate delivery, show the package to authorised reviewers, retain an audit trail and publish owner-approved content to its selected destination.

Storage and retention

Imported messages, package data, audit records and accepted media are stored in access-controlled Red Dingo infrastructure. They are retained for editorial traceability and operations until an authorised owner deletes them or asks for deletion, subject to necessary security and legal records.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers or used to train general-purpose AI models. Approved article content is transferred only to the destination explicitly selected by an authorised owner.

Controls

Access, security and deletion

Human access is limited to authorised Red Dingo owners and editors performing the visible editorial workflow, support, security or legal duties.
OAuth credentials and retained attachments are kept outside public web roots with restricted filesystem permissions. Connections use HTTPS and publication requests use independent signed credentials.
The mailbox owner can revoke Google access from their Google Account at any time. To request deletion of imported mailbox data, email support@red-dingo.eu.

Google API Limited Use

Red Dingo Content Hub’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
