Human approval remains required
Imported packages become drafts. An authorised owner reviews content, sources, metadata and media before approving any destination action.
03 / Publish
Controlled destinations
Approved articles can be sent only to configured Red Dingo destinations over signed, replay-protected connections. Gmail data is not used for advertising or model training.
Why Gmail access is requested
Read the package. Apply workflow labels. Nothing broader.
Read matching editorial messages and their permitted attachments.
Apply Pending, Imported, Failed or Ignored labels so processing is visible and idempotent.
Never send or delete email, and never scan unrelated messages for another purpose.
